We walked in the door around 5:30 on a Friday. We were immediately greeted by our waitress, Jessica. She seated us promptly at a clean table and cleaned the screen on the video game/paying thingies herself. If this review were based on her alone, would be more stars. I had the guacamole burger. Just didn't care for it. Might b me. Wanted to try the flavor combo in it with the guacamole and lime and cumin. Just didn't work for me. Husband had southern smokehouse burger. He didn't care for sauce. Should have got classic burger. Lesson learned. Food came out promptly, though. It was almost too hot in there to b comfy. Overall, great waitress. Ok food, just not a homerun.

The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food was ok. The service here is beyond horrible. I wish I got the girls name who waited on us but oh well. It took 15 minutes for us to even be acknowledged and then it was like ...what do you want. OMG. So bad. Never came back to check on us, dropped the food on the table. Very rude. This is actually the first time I have left a tiny tip. Sometimes I think that getting a 43 cent tip is more hurtful than getting no tip at all. She didn't even deserve that much. STAY AWAY WHATEVER YOU DO!!! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING, garbage all over the ground outside. You have all been warned.

I hate to add fuel to the fire, salt to the wound, a kick while being down, etc. I feel I must warn anyone contemplating eating here that you should strongly heed my warning about this Chili's. I had a couple gift cards for the Darden 4 and decided to get rid of them here. After being quoted 45 minutes trying to order online we called it in. I am glad we did because they were out of the cheese wedges, rice, and apples that we originally ordered online. We subbed the sides and changed the appetizer to Skillet Queso. Quoted 15-20 minutes. I arrived about 15 later at sat at the bar, identified myself, and waited. I was horrified by the staff. They must be severely hurting for applicants based on what I witnessed. The bartender referred to me as darling, baby, and sweetie during my additional 20 minute wait at the bar. I hate that crap! I finally get my food and depart. I get home, no Skillet Queso! After the BS so far I had to call. After being told I could come back and get it, I asked for a manger, Brenda Jones picked up the line. I almost gave two stars because of her attitude and apologetic nature. She handled my rant very well and offered multiple comps but I assured her I would not return so it was unnecessary. If she had her whole menu she might have gotten 3 because of her catch up skills but the multiple outages are direct indicators of poor management. Just stay away!

I have always enjoyed Chili's. Not this Chili's. The food comes out frozen, consistently, especially the guacamole. We've had an order be completely wrong, leading to a wait of thirty more minutes to get the correct entree. Skip it and head elsewhere.

Every time we go to this location it's filthy. It's been almost a year and we decided to give it another try. Tables sat uncleaned the entire time we were there. Trash on the floor. Our table was sticky. The couple next to us were complaining about how long it was taking to get their food. That's the last time for us.

I have nostalgia for this place, and although I haven't returned in a while, I still remembered how it used to be. And now I remembered why this isn't at the top of my list when dining in the OB. Took a few minutes to get a hostess to seat us, and when we got some attention, it was from a server who was tied up with a table on the bar side. Some time to get a waiter to take our order. The soup and salad were unremarkable, but it takes a gift of mediocrity uninspired lack of cooking skills to mess up chicken enchiladas. Dry old chicken in subpar corn tortillas, drowned in cheese and runny sour cream. The sides to this fiasco were the poor excuse for black beans and bland rice...flooded goop finished the sad presentation. Maybe I should quit bucking the trend if a place has bad reviews, because this place's reputation as the bottom of the barrel is earned. OCharleys next door is packed, and it's no wonder, for they know their stuff. I won't be Chillin' here again.

The food here was awful. Need better cooks. I will not be returning here. Would not suggest this Chilis...

I hope to make this as entertaining and informative as possible. And, what better way to convey both than to tell stories. So, without further ado, I present "Chili's: Sighhh" I've lived in this area for all my life and this Chili's has been her for most of that. I do remember a time when they really weren't that bad. They were a new restaurant competing with the neighboring likes of Applebees and O'Charley's. They seemed to care about the quality of job they did. Nowadays... not so much. Every time I remember going to this Chili's over the past three years has been mediocre AT BEST. The one mediocre time, I ended up getting a really good waitress (she doesn't work there anymore, probably moved on to a place with standards) but the food was just not right. The food (all of it) was undercooked and poorly put together. (This was closer to the three year limit I am going to be including, but I figured I'd mention it because the place has only gotten worse.) About six to seven months later, I went back hoping for a change. We (a couple friends and I) walked in the door, Chili's welcomed us in quickly and took us to a table in good time. Everything is looking alright up to this point. The hostess told us our waiter would be with us shortly. ................... so anyways, twenty minutes later my friends and I realized, "Ummmmmmm, where is the waitress?" (my friends and I had been catching up with each other since one of them just got back from a month-long trip to Lebanon for some vacation. Just wanted to include this to explain how we'd missed the twenty minutes absence of the waiter). Anyways, they completely forgot about us apparently. Or someone was late to work. Or someone forgot to mention we were there. SOMETHING SOMEWHERE didn't go as it was supposed to. I vote to just leave, so we all get up and start walking out the door. As we are getting to the door the hostess notices us leaving and says, "Oh have you guys not been seen yet? Hang on one second I'll go get you guys set up." To which we respond, "Really? That won't be necessary, you guys should really get your s*** together because this is ridiculous," and walked out the door to go to the O'Charley's next door (literally across the parking lot and I have to say they were very good that day.) So about a year later I went back to Chili's, I guess out of some naive hope that they'll do better (I've always had a soft spot for their queso, I don't know why). As before, the host saw to us quickly and got us a table. Unlike last time, the waiter showed up and took our drink orders. Looking better this time at least. But, all fell apart again when the waiter never showed back up after taking our orders (took our orders after handing us our drinks). After twenty minutes we finally saw him walking around and I was able to flag him down to get him to bring out refills and our appetizer, which was cold at this point so we sent it back and told him not to bring another (so sad, I really do like queso dip). The food showed up another fifteen minutes later and was not cooked well and everything had the structure of such that just fell apart when you tried to pick it up (not a good thing). Maybe I'll go back in another couple years to give it another shot. But as it stands now... I'd rather go anywhere but here for dinner. The food is overpriced for what you're getting as it is. Don't give me a half-ass done overpriced piece of food. That's good, hard-earned money that I worked for. Until this Chili's restructures and organizes and operates in a way that makes me feel they appreciate the fact that I am there, it'll just be another tremendous let down. Too bad the lowest I can go is one star.

Service at bar is too slow- No bartender when I walked in- 3 people came out of back but no-one greeted me. Waited 7 minutes for someone to ask me if I wanted a drink. Its 12:15pm on a Friday afternoon & only 3 tables in bar & 7 in dining room- could it be others realize they wont get prompt friendly service? O'Charleys next door is packed...salad was a disappointment. I have had it a 3 different locations & this was the worst. Chicken was old,& dry(don't think it was cooked to order) the sliver of avocado was dismal at best- even the corn salsa tasted old & mushy. Left 3/4 of salad. Never going back even though it is close to work.

Horrible experience. Incompetent staff. Slow waitresses. Hour and a half for dinner with no crowd. 30 minutes to pay. Refills were a foreign concept.

Twenty-five minutes for appetizers is unacceptable. We were greeted promptly (which was a welcome change for this Chili's). Our friendly waitress came to the able right away and took the drink order. When she brought the beverages we ordered appetizers. We were making a meal out the Triple Dipper Combo. After 20 minutes our waitress asked if she could bring us anything. "Our food would be nice." Another five minutes and she brought us the appetizers... which had clearly been sitting for a while because they were lukewarm. We've had bad service at this Chili's before. Will probably just go next door from now on.

Horrible service. From the manager down to the server, it was a bad experience. Third time in 5 years I have visited there and every time I go I promise myself I won't go back.

Every single time I go to this place and try to give it another shot, they never fail to let me down. You think that they could have good service at least once! During a football game on tv with Ole Miss and the manager was sitting in a booth watching the game and several tables were still dirty after I've been there an hour. And there were hardly any customers so no excuse for the laziness of the staff not having the place in an orderly fashion and clean. Had dirty napkins on the floor. So while most of the staff was standing in the bar area along with the manager watching the football game...the food took forever! Only to have the manager get up AFTER the game was over and tell everyone that they had a "problem" in the kitchen and food will be out soon. No everyone was too busy watching the game and standing around doing nothing! Then a seperate time I ordered the honey chiptole chicken crispers. They bring out the regular chicken crispers which has a completly different breading. Waiter brought it back with honey chiptole sauce thrown on top of the regular crispers. Had to tell him to take it back again as this is not what I ordered. The breading is compltely different and the original is soft breading as the honey chiptole has crunchy breading. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with making the employees do their job correctly. Everyone there is lazy and just wants a paycheck. Bad service every single time. That' was the final straw after trying to give them chances. Never going back.

When we arrived it took a few minutes for us to be sat (hostess was off seating another couple). Once we arrived at our table our server greeted us with menus and we placed our orders. The thing is, she just stood at the table with pen & pad. When she delivered food same thing. Refills? Not a word. I don't think we saw her smile. She could have been having a bad night & as this is our first visit here I don't want to judge too harshly but it was kinda strange.

The fiance and I always go to this Chili's. Tonight was a MAJOR let down. We do not plan to return to this location again. First off, the host was terrible. We asked to sit in the bar section, like we always do, and told we couldn't cause the tables weren't cleared. Took 20 mins just for our waitress to show up, and even then she didn't know if we were her table or not. The managers excuse was a party of 60 was in the resturant and had to take care of them. Customer service is not in their vocabulary ... wouldnt recommend this to my ex-wife.
